Mr Terry Tan, Managing Director

Terry has more than 10 years of working experience. He worked in the technology industry before joining the financial industry where he specialized in equity research, corporate finance, private equity and trading. Terry specializes in deal sourcing, execution and investment analysis. He has lectured financial and business modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has delivered lectures to junior and senior executives from MNCs such as United Technologies, General Electric, Shell and Singtel etc and also to the senior management of Htoo Group, one of the largest business conglomerates in Myanmar. He has worked for Citigroup, Platinum Securities and an european based asset management firm. Terry holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a MBA in Finance from Nanyang Business School. He also studied in Peking University, China.

Mr Wayne Deng, Director

Wayne has 10 years of experience in the financial industry. He started out as a financial consultant with Prudential while doing his undergraduate course in university and built up his knowledge and interest in financial sales. He joined DBS Vickers Securities after graduation as an equity dealer and further honed his skills in technical and fundamental analysis while serving his clients. He became one of the top brokers in DBS in 2014 and represented Vickers in giving seminars during in house and SGX roadshows. He left and joined a local private equity firm to further his career in 2016. Wayne specializes in fund raising, technical analysis, client portfolio management, project management and business developments. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from National University of Singapore and is currently working towards getting his CFA.

Mr Bud Suwardi, Director

Bud has more than 14 years of extensive experience in the asian financial markets. He was the trading head of Woori Investments and Securities Asia where he helped set up the proprietary trading desk for the firm and managed assets up to USD 50 million by trading asian equities and futures with absolute return and long/short focus. Before joining Woori, he was the portfolio manager of US hedge fund Blackriver Asset Management. At Blackriver, he managed a USD 100 million global equity fund using long/short, statistical arbitrage and stub strategies. He started his career as a proprietary trader with Cargill Financial Services. Bud specializes in trading, special situations and arbitrage. He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from La Trobe University and a Master in Finance from University of Sydney.
